At Delonghi Parts, we want to ensure your appliances are back in working order as quickly as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused parts within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Ensure the part is in its original, uninstalled condition and matches the model number of your Delonghi appliance.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original packaging and use a sturdy outer box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Send the package using a trackable shipping method and retain your receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse.
